What RaqMenu does

A digital menu your diners open from a QR code — no app — and order from, with a panel that runs the orders. Everything below works today.

QR menu and tables

• One QR code for your menu, in your colours, with your logo or an icon in the centre
• A code for every table: scanning it chooses dine-in and fills in the table
• Codes are drawn in your browser and download as images ready to print

Orders

• Dine-in, pickup and delivery (delivery on Premium), with a fixed delivery fee or a fee per area
• Prices and fees are calculated on our servers from your menu, so a total cannot be changed from the browser
• Pending → Accepted → Ready → Delivered → Paid, with a sound for every new order
• Optional WhatsApp hand-off: the order opens in the diner's WhatsApp, ready to send to you
• Phone orders entered from the panel, discounts and edits that keep option prices and fees

Menu

• Categories and items with photos, extras and choice groups (required or multi-select)
• Item schedules, including windows past midnight; sold-out switch
• Arabic, English and Turkish per store, right-to-left for Arabic, with a translate button

Look

• 13 menu layouts and 12 colour palettes, any combination
• A start screen before the menu, with your buttons and links
• Premium menus show your brand only, without the RaqMenu badge

Team

• Staff accounts as manager, kitchen or staff, each with its own sign-in
• The kitchen account moves orders along; prices, discounts and edits stay with the front of house

Numbers

• Dashboard: today, this week, this month, all time; menu visits
• Sales reports on Premium: revenue by day, average order, busy hours, order types and best sellers

Diners

• Reviews with your replies; hide a review or switch reviews off
• Working hours per day, including shifts past midnight
