Everything you need to run your menu on RaqMenu, in the order you will need it.
Your account and store
Sign up with your email and a password of at least 8 characters, then enter the code sent to your email.
The setup wizard asks for your store details and currency, then the menu languages, then its style, and creates your store.
Your store starts with a trial that has every feature, then moves to the free Starter plan on its own. Nothing is charged and no card is asked for.
Forgot your password? "Forgot password" on the sign-in page emails you a code.
Plans and payment
Starter is free forever: up to 15 items and 5 categories, a QR code, three languages, pickup and table orders, and one staff member.
Premium is $10 a month or $99 a year: unlimited items, categories and staff, delivery, working hours, reviews, order settings, menu design and start screen, SEO settings, sales reports, and a menu without the RaqMenu badge.
To upgrade: Packages → choose the plan and period → you see the bank accounts and the amount in each account's currency → transfer and upload the receipt.
Our team reviews the receipt. While it is reviewed the paid plan works; on approval you get exactly the period you paid for.
When a paid subscription ends the store goes back to Starter and the menu keeps working.
Items and categories
Create categories first in Categories, then add items in Items.
Each item has a name and description in your menu languages, a price, a photo, and optionally calories, preparation time and allergens.
Extras (such as oat milk) have a price and a quantity. Choice groups (such as size) can be required or allow several options.
An item schedule sets its days and hours, including windows past midnight (such as 22:00 to 03:00).
Translate fills the other languages automatically; anything that fails stays empty and you are told to write it yourself.
How your menu looks
Menu Themes: choose the layout and colours. What you choose applies to your menu only.
Menu Start: the screen diners see before the menu.
Configuration → Identity: logo, cover image, slogan, tax note and menu footer.
Configuration → Currency & Language: price currency, menu languages and the default one.
Taking orders
Order Settings: turn on delivery, pickup or table orders. A type you turn off is refused even if sent directly.
Delivery fee: one fee, or fees by area — the diner picks an area and pays its fee; an area not on your list is refused.
WhatsApp Orders: after ordering, the diner's WhatsApp opens with the order written out, ready to send to your number.
Working Hours: hours for each day, including shifts past midnight. Outside them the menu shows Closed and takes no orders, unless you turn on Accept Orders When Closed.
Prices and fees are calculated by the server from your menu, so nobody can change an order's price from their browser.
The Orders screen
Orders refreshes every 15 seconds and plays a sound when a new order arrives.
Steps: pending → accepted → ready → delivered → paid. You can reject an order with a reason.
A discount or a change of quantities recalculates the total with item options and the delivery fee.
Create Order is for phone orders, including the delivery fee and area. (Choosing an item's extras is not available there yet.)
Previous shows the latest 300 orders; Load older orders goes further back.
Tables and QR codes
QR & Menu Link: your main menu QR in your colours, with your logo or an icon in the centre, to download and print.
Tables: each table has its own code. When a diner scans it, Dine In is chosen and the table is filled in.
Codes are drawn in your browser; your link is not sent to any outside service.
Staff
Staff: add a member with a name, an email, a role (manager, kitchen, staff) and a password of at least 8 characters.
Staff sign in with that email and password from the Staff sign-in link shown at the top of the same page.
You set and change staff passwords; staff do not change their own.
Reviews and diners
Reviews: reply or edit your reply, hide a review from the menu, or delete it. You can turn reviews off entirely.
A reviewer's phone and email are shown to you only, never on the menu.
Statistics: today, this week, this month and all-time sales from delivered or paid orders, and menu visits (one per browser session).
On Premium, Sales reports show revenue day by day, average order, busy hours, order types and best-selling items for the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
Google and referrals
Configuration → SEO: title, description and keywords per language, share image and browser icon.
To verify your menu in Google Search Console: Configuration → Link & Google, paste the verification tag, then press Verify at Google.
Connecting your own domain is done by our team: ask from Support.
Referrals & Points: share your invite link. When a store you invite pays its first subscription you get the reward the platform has set. Each point = one day of the paid plan.

Notifications: platform announcements addressed to your store or your plan.
